What is athenaWell?

athenaWell is a patient-facing application that is closely integrated with the athenahealth Population Health Care Manager. athenaWell allows patients to stay on top of their personalized care plan while on the go. Patients can self-report data (biometrics data, for example), complete care plan tasks (record their weight, for example), and communicate with their care manager directly via a mobile or web application.

athenaWell allows care managers to monitor their patient population in real time and with minimal effort while using their existing workflows.
